I have pcos. Today I got bloating, then brown discharge and very scanty periods later. I read over internet that brown discharge is "because the blood is older and took longer to leave your uterus" does it mean the uterus was full up with blood and then it longer to leave? Or does it mean blood is on uterus wall and taking longer to leave? Is that a life threatening condition?

"because the blood is older and took longer to leave your uterus" - this is correct but the interpretation- the uterus was full up with blood and then it longer to leave or blood is on uterus wall and taking longer to leave, both are absolutely wrong. Nothing life threatening.
