I was overweight when puberty hits me and I started getting periods. My periods cramps were not severe like that of other womens who say periods pain includes stomach pain and others. I also don't need to use 2-3 pads everyday like other women's. But when I lose 10 kgs, cramps become more dense and difficult to handle, but gaining weight again gave me normal cramps. Is this normal or indicative that periods are not happening well when I become fat? I have pcos.
