I?m 23, female, single, height 172 cm and weight 57.9 kg, on diane-35 since 17 days, no other medication. I skipped rope with breaks 500 times as an exercise, I do exercise mostly jbtw, I got fresh and then rested, as I was resting I noticed whenever my arm was touching below my right rib it was hurting. I palpated it and it was tender, there was no bruise or discolouration or any sort of pulses veins, but I did see a little depressing right side in comparison to left, it was just tender, nfact without touching it was not even hurting, I want to know what could be the reason? Is it a muscle pull? But why only on one side? Will it be serious? I don?t eat unhealthy, all my reports normal for liver disease? Could it be gall stones, I got no symptoms other than tenderness. Should I worry?

Hello! Doesnt look like you have any problem internally. Could be a muscle pull, due to excessive force and wrong direction. Give cold compression with ice. Apply TRP gel to the area twice a day. Try not to sleep on that side for a couple of days In case it doesn't come down in a day or two then better to get sonography of the abdomen done.

What do you eat immediately before n after skipping or you do it empty stomach? Skipping is not good for knees. Since when r you having this?What r other symptoms that you r experiencing? Take simple food like rice n dal in dinner. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Drink lot of water.10. Everyday preferably sleep on same time 11. Take 1tsp of ghee in bfast, lunch n dinner. It could a minor rib trauma caused due to exercise or simple muscle pull/cramp. Do not exercise for few days. Take proper test. Antiinflammatory spray like volini will help.
