I am 42 years old. I did ultrasound today and found out that I have adenomyosis in posterior wall and pelvic adhesions. Is it life threatening? Is there any treatment without surgery? Im so scared of surgery.

Hello, the only medical answer to reduce or control adenomyosis and endometriosis is to aim at stopping menses with medications.
