I am using menstrual cup and now I heard from someone that menstrual cup is harmful because it flows air inside vagina and it cause to bacterial infection and also blood collected in menstrual cup grows bacteria inside. Is this true?

Hello, it is completely safe. However, you need to remove and clean it and replace it again after every 8-10 hrs. Also the changing period would depend on the size of the cup and also the menstrual flow as to how sooner the cup fills up. It is better than the pads for working women.
