My 89 year old granny has severe fatigue. She has no known prior ailments except high blood pressure which is under control for many years. Conducted blood tests. The following numbers are outside range: gfr- 67, urinary microalbumin- 56.25, creatinine-19, ua/c is 291.6, berrylium- 0.02, serum copper- 158, amylase- 106.2, lipase- 81.5, vit d2- 0.4, vit d3- 10.4, vit d total- 10.83 all other components are properly within range. No electrolyte imbalance. No liver issues. Fasting sugar is 98.8 and hba1c is 5.5. Urine test is also completely within range and normal (although she complains that her urine is of a high temperature). What could be causing the fatigue?

Dear Mr. lybrate-user your granny probably has ckd (chronic kidney disease). He fatigue would be related to that. You should take a nephrologists opinion to see how to help her take care.
