Suffering male pattern baldness from long time. Consulted dermatologist and was advised a spray with keraglo and finalo for 15 days. Is 15 days course enough or would help. Or I should just accept my baldness. As I have heard this medicines have sexual side effects. Are those effect for time being or can have adverse effects for s long period.
