I practice recitation? so I would practice by myself for about 3 hours? read to a teacher or another friend of mine for about 3-4 hours so usually I spend about 6-7 hours constantly reciting ? recently i?ve started to have a hoarse voice and have difficulty talking. What can be done to help relieve the uncomfortable feeling in my throat and to get back my normal voice?

Beti Hoarseness can be due to excessive speaking especially when its loud.. Vocal rest Steam Inhalation Sometimes Steroids are also given. It varies from case to case.
