She can continue novelon tablets. The risk of breast cancer with ocp is not conclusive. Ocps are protective for many other diseases. It has preventive role in endometrial, ovarian and colon cancer. It protects from benign breast diseases. For cervical cancer it is protective in fact. So don't worry. Benefits of ocps are far far more than presumptive risk of breast cancer.
