I am 26 years female, I need urgent advice/solution as I am not able to eat properly since last 3 months. From last four years my rbc count is not increasing more than 2.15 millions/cumm, and my current amount of rbc is 1.68 million/cumm with esr 59 mm/1st one hour. My hemoglobin is 7.0g/dl and my bilirubin is 2.70 mg/dl. From last four years I got cure and my bilirubin level gets back to normal but my blood condition is not improving. Also after getting back normal my bilirubin level increases again and again after every 10 to 12 months. Sometimes I get blood from my mouth I don't know from where it is coming from sometimes fresh and sometimes not, but I guess near from my throat region. I have consulted so many doctors and I got cure and treatment well. But this condition arises again and again. This time again I am not able to eat properly due to nausea, bile acid vomits, and after vomiting my oesophagus and stomach got inflammation very badly. I am not able to understand what is happening with me properly. Please help what actually I should do and what this is happening. I will get treatment but again this condition will arise. Neither my blood condition is increasing neither my bilirubin. My hematocrit is also 19.5%.please help please. I want to live a normal life, I want to eat normally. My weight has been reduced from 49 to 40 kg. Now I am 40 kg. Height 5.5. Please help me please suggest please guide.
