My baby 6 months old he suffering from cough and blocked nose can you suggest me ,what to do ?i gave him solvin cold af drops 2 ml and nasal drops still he not feeling better i'm worried.

A viral infection will get well in due course of time. Medicines will not have much effect. Use saline nose drops as and when required for blocked nose. In case of any breathing difficulty pls visit your nearest hospital.
