Hi I am 19 years old having psvt taking calcium channel blockers daily. Once when I was simply sitting I found that my heart is shivering. Then after 25 days this happened again I checked my pulse it was normal 85. I went to my cardiologist he asked me to do eco now eco is also normal .this shivering or shaking of my heart happens for only 1 day after that everything goes normal also I have been under severe mental pressure for 6 months is this some heart problem or just anxiety.

I think your having anxiety disorder, do regular exercise, yoga, start doing meditation, this will help.
