My son take tenofovir alafenamide and efamat medication and I notice his behaviour change and seem to be paranoid. With though that people are spying on him and hack his phone. He does not understand the side effect of the medication. He lose his job because of this and current covid condition. Can you help on the sid effect of the medication.

The paranoid delusions which you describe can be due to the illness itself or medications (rarely). By dictum delusions cannot be argued with and overcome, it has to be treated with medications to gradually reduce the paranoia. Consult a psychiatrist for remedy. Good luck.
