Hi i' m 18 year old, I want to know about sinus because when ever I eat banana, I have to suffer from sinus.

Sinus are air sacs made by God in our face and skull bone to reduce their weight, present in all human beings and when there is infection in it called sinusitis. Symptoms are heaviness of head and face, fever, nose block, recurrent throat infection. Treatment is done to maintain their aeration by steam inhalation twice a day and use of steroid nasal spray 2 puffs twice a day.
