My right polycystic ovary syndrome. 35�27 mm volume 19 cc left ovary 30�21 mm volume 9 cc endometrial thickness 6 cervix 30 mm � 25 mm. Dr. prescribed me letrozole 5 mg and gestrenol 5g 16th day period. 10 days. Bt I used to have a lot of pain in my legs after taking medicine, but after taking gestrenol 2 days later my period regular. My period always regular every month.

You are taking ovulation induction drugs and at the same time you want your cycles to get regular. So first you need to understand what is your current issue or complaint because of pcod syndrome. Don't take multiple hormones unnecessarily.

Letrozole is used if u want to concieve. Make sure you are getting the right drug for the right problem. As you haven’t mentioned what complaint you have, I won’t be able to say much.
