Hi doctor, I am a 24 year old guy. I recently had sexual intercourse with a female, since then I have been feeling itchiness inside my penis specially while urinating its been only two days since I have also started to feel a burning sensation on the tip of the penis. I have to go to the bathroom frequently for urinal discharge which is of yellow colour. I want to know what medications I can take to prevent further problems and cure this disease thanks.
