For the last 5 years iam diabetic. I am using gemer p1 in the morning and januvia 100mg in the night. However still my sugar levels are between 170(fasting) and 250(pp). I am nonalcoholic and vegetarian weight 63 kgs. Kindly suggest me what steps should I take to reduce my sugar levels to normal range

Dear, Yes your sugar levels are not well controlled and you are on a number of medications. But do not worry you still do not need to be insulin as we can still increase the doses of your medications. Glimepiride 1 mg can be increased so can met for min and pioglitazone. However januvia or sisal up tin is at the highest dose possible.
