I have pcos. My last period was exactly a year ago on taking meprate for 5 days. Since it's been a year, my gums recommended me to take regestrone 5 mg twice a day for 5 days for a withdrawal bleed. Last ultrasound showed a lining of around 6 mm. It's been 10 days after stopping regestrone and I still haven't gotten a withdrawal bleed. There is zero chance of a pregnancy (i'm not sexually active). I've also lost some weight this year and am in the process of losing more. I'm on a low calorie high protein diet and exercise 6/7 days a week. What are the possible reasons for no withdrawal bleed? Should I be worried? Should I wait and watch more?
