My baby son had cough, cold and sneezing since last 1 week. He has recovered from cold and sneezing, but he has little cough now and noisy sound from chest. It seems little chest congestion. We are giving him montair lc for kid and brozeet expectorant. Do we require to give any antibiotic? Or we can continue with the same for few more days?
