Had copper t inserted last week. Doctor told to avoid contact 1 week and check the position of copper t. Today doctor told copper t is in correct position and then to check after two months. Now my doubt is whether it's safe to have unprotected sex during the fertile period? Or should I use additional contraceptive like condoms during the fertile period? Waiting for the reply doctor.

Copper- t is used for those who want to avoid pregnancy and don't want to use condoms as protection. Of course, condoms can be used to protect against sexually transmitted diseases.
