Can I take lactare tablets to increase my breast milk supply as it has drastically reduced to just few drops per feed. My baby is 3 months old. What is the dosage? How many tablets in a day should I eat. Also as my milk supply is less my baby has stopped latching so can I express my milk after taking lactare tablets?

Tablets are taken twice daily. Also take lots of fluids and Fenugreek and fennel in diet. Keep expressing milk but also try latching baby frequently as suckling increases milk supply.
