Hi lybrate-user, thank you for reaching out to Lybrate. 1. Alfoo is usually taken long term and is quite safe. Sometimes it may cause dizziness or feeling faint but that is also not very common. 2. Varicocele surgery is usually done either for pain or for fear of infertility. Varicoceles can cause testicular atrophy leading to infertility. So if yours does not cause pain and you do not want anymore children, you can avoid surgery at the moment. Continue with scrotal support and any medicines your doctor prescribed. If pain comes back you should consider surgery. Hope I answered your questions.

Varicocele is an abnormal enlargement of the veins present in the scrotum which drains the testicles. It is one of the major causes of male infertility and low sperm count. In some cases, the testicles fail to develop or shrink due to varicocele. Homeopathic medicines for varicocele are natural and safe and have no side effects on the male reproductive system.

Hi. If you have grade 3 varicocele (confirmed with doppler study, then surgery will be required at one point of time. Till that time, you can try with medicines, but it's very unlikely. As you have completed your family, there is no worries. For bladder neck obstruction, I will suggest you to consult an urologist. You might require help here. To be on a medicine for life long if not an easy option.

Varicocoele is a condition that cannot be treated with any medications. It is generally recommended to get it operated only if there is excessive pain due to the varicocele or if it leads to infertility (which isn't so in your case).
