Get your thyroid levels also checked. Your weight is high for your height, try to reduce it by excercise. Also consult a dietitian for a sugar free diet as hba1c is prediabetic. If you can't tolerate metformin, you can take orlistat for 3 months and see. If no improvement, consult an endocrinologist.

Hello first and foremost solution to all problems is lifestyle management which included diet and exercise. Even a five percent small reduction in weight can regularize your cycles and help you in conceiving naturally to an extent. Depending on your requirement we can discuss regarding other treatment options in order to conceive for which I would need more details.

Hello lybrate-user. First of all I want to tell you that you need to loose you weight with diet control nd regular exercise. That is really important. And as you are complaining of hirusitism you could start tablet diane-35 starting from day 1 of your periods or 21 days without missing any day with 7 days break. Next cycle again for 21 days upto 3 months. And tablet metformin you need to continue as your hba1c is high. Once your cycle will be regular then your follicular study will be done to conceive. Thanks.
