Hi, i'm 25 years old women with almost no exercise during a day i'm a student and I usually have sitting of 10 to 12 hours and take almost 8 hrs of sleep. I usually eat normal food thrice a day and take some fruits someday. I have thyroid with levels at 4 and take 37.5 thyronorm tablets. My height is 5 and weight around 50 kg. Now a days i'm felling very weak especially during my periods, I feel extreme weakness during my periods and my knees also does a lot of pain during the first 3 days. I usually take one tablet of 'superspas' when my periods start. And my mouth get ulcers almost every month. What should I do to keep my body healthy. Thanks
