Hi, i'm 25 years old women with almost no exercise during a day i'm a student and I usually have sitting of 10 to 12 hours and take almost 8 hrs of sleep. I usually eat normal food thrice a day and take some fruits someday. I have thyroid with levels at 4 and take 37.5 thyronorm tablets. My height is 5 and weight around 50 kg. Now a days i'm felling very weak especially during my periods, I feel extreme weakness during my periods and my knees also does a lot of pain during the first 3 days. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast.
