Doctor prescribed rantac 150 & metrogyl, candid-v tablets for vaginal infection and also three day antibiotics (iv inj, do these affect amniotic fluid? Because three days earlier that doctor herself told that amniotic fluid is good.

No these medicines do not affect the amniotic fluid. Not taking them infact can reduce the amount.

no antibiotics usually does not affect amniotic fluid quantity....but infection can cause leaking which can decrease amniotic fluid.
