Hello. I have a question regarding my height. I am a 13 year old girl. Started puberty when I was 12. My mom is 5?2, dad is 6?0, and i?m 5?3 (maybe 5?3.5) is there a way I can find out what my final adult height is? Or the approximate height. From my dads side, all his family members are really tall (5?7-6?3), and same with my moms side, they are all tall (5?5-6 ft). Will I still grow any taller? Is there a way you could average my adult height in any way? Anything I can do to grow to 5?10. I want to also model, but as you can tell, my height is stopping me.

You can achieve mid parental height which is calculated by the formula. The mid parental height is calculated in males, by adding 7cm to the mean of parental heights; in females by subtracting 7cm. This gives the height expected at 18 years for the child, and this can be plotted on the percentile chart to predict the child's height at the appropriate age.
