Please am taking evecare capsules (because I had irregular menstrual cycle) and folic acid and I have missed my period, should I stop taking the evecare and continue with the folic acid. And also feel cramps which is on and off does it mean is a sign of miscarriage, since my other pregnancy resulted in miscarriage am scared please advice. Thanks.
