My weight is not good. And not match with my height. And also I have digestion problem. What can I do for that problems?

As per the your BMI ie around 20, ur weight is normal. Eat healthy diet esp protein rich. Drink plenty of liquids. Exercise daily. Eat 3-4 servings of fruits everyday. Avoid carbonated drinks and spicy food. Eat smaller meals frequently than heavy food. Hope this helps u
