My newborn baby is 2 months old .she is not getting enough milk .i tried lactare it helped somewhat but not fully .as a mother I wish to feed only my milk .pls help me to increase milk by any medicines.

increase your diet to extra 720kcal per day( in pregnancy increased demand is only of 350kcal extra) so you need to increases your diet to almost double of what you had during pregnancy always room in with the baby and try to breastfeed every 2 hourly including night feed also. if baby is not irritated or crying and passing urine, playing and growing don't worry. one more thing increases protein and calcium in your diet
