I am lactose intolerant. This condition developed suddenly 3 years back. I get gas and bloating easily if I make any amends in my diet. I eat homemade food and follow a vegetarian diet. But whenever I eat occasionally outside food which happens once or twice a month, 95% of the time I get a stomach infection. I also have anxiety problem and I overthink alot that if I eat outside food I will get sick. It restricts me as well. What is the reason behind getting a stomach infection this easily? And how can I treat it.
