Hello, listen with medicine you please go for physiotherapy. I am a pt with prolonged osteoarthritis n bilateral knee replacement. But I linger it up with physiotherapy pain reduced a lot. Physiotherapy is very good option with lil support of medicine. I am in pain but not go for surgery since last eight years.

If your osteoarthritis is of grade1/2/3 then u can avoid replacement and continue with the supplements ,if its grade 4 then go for surgery .
