He is getting irritation after urination and the urine is yellowish in colour. Why he is facing that? Help pllzz.

1. It could be due to concentrated urine because of inadequate water intake 2. Take 8-10 glasses water daily 3. If it still persists get your urine examined for re/me, bile salt & bile pigment 4. Consult physician for advice and treatment.
