Hi user. Since your having asthma, weakness of lungs could have happened. That might be the main reason for low oxygen in blood. Low oxygen makes you lethargic, confused, restlessness. You can do one thing. Should wake up before 6 in the morning, do open air breathing exercises like pranayama etc. This will help you to rise the oxygen in blood, improves your concentration, reduces your anxiety. U can have a happy n peaceful life. Try it. Thankyou.
