Hello my father has been diagnosed with myelofibrosis. Also he is suggreing from tuberculosis and taking medicine from last 3 months. He is also a sugar patients can myelofibrosis be treated by medicine or stem cell transplantation is the only method to cure it?

But this procedure is risky for older patients and those with other health problems.
