I am 76 years old and just out of cavity 19 and pcr result is negative. I have severe stomach burning and acidity. I am a peptic ulcer patient. For acidity and stomach burn my doctor had advised me to take coatz af syrup 10 ml each 3 times just before taking food and subsequently to take other usual medications. But this has not helped me and having diarrhea and stomach burning and acidity. Please advice me as to what medicine I should use.

If loose motion take bifilac sachet two at a time in mouth take it with water till stool stop. Continue till burning sensation subside. Advice yet you can consult a gastroenterologist.
