I am 24 and whenever I try to run, my head and facial bones start to hurt bad and I have to stop. The headache continues and I feel sleepy, hungry and exhausted even after 100m of running. I run in the morning empty stomach. Is it because of that? What shall I do to stop the headache and continue running? I never had problem with running during school days. I was active in sports.

Yes it can be because of running empty stomach. Also what you eat immediately after? Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast.
