I am known case of dysthymia, now 40 years up to age of 38: years I practiced yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, but my quality of life was poor, then consulted psychiatrist he prescribed me escitalopram 10 mg, but it caused erectile dysfunction, then he put me mirtazapine 15 mg ,at that time my stress not fully gone also developed weight gain and my sgpt level become high and diagnosed fatty liver grade 2 again I consulted psychiatrist he prescribed me vortioxetine 10 and mirtaz dose reduced 7.5, and told to continue mirtaz at this dose since I am having sleep problems, also consulted gastro neurologist he prescribed me evion 400 and advised for weight loss by dietary modification and exercise, after 3 months my fatty liver cured and sgpt normal still on vortioxetine 10 and mirtaz 7.5 and I am very much okay, but now vortioxetine 10 is not available any where in kerala, or any online med app. Like 1 mg ,need andso on. And my psychiatrist gone aboard also, pls give advice.
