Hi i'm at the age of 19. I have 2 daughters via caesarian section ages 1 &2. So i've joined family planning in june of 2021 for the very first and last time. On doing so i've taken the 3 month injection (my first and last time on any contraceptive) and since doing so I haven't seen any monthly period. Before taking the injection I used to see a regular month to month period. What can be the issue i'm very worried.

Do urine pregnancy test. If negative then don't worry. Irregular periods, delayed periods can occur after contraceptive injection.

Depot provera can cause amenorrhea in some with midcycle spotting. If that is a problem for you, switch over to oral contraceptives like choice or novelon which regularise period in addition to giving protection.
