I am 24 years f, had int on 8th oct which was protected and did not fail, last period was on 4th sept but missed period in oct as I was on sevista 30 which does delay periods, but I got severe cramps for almost 10-15 days but no period, after consulting my gyenic doc I took meprate from 26th oct to 31st oct and got periods on 8th of nov where bleeding along with clots lasted upto 3 days and next 2 days of light spotting, but was bleeding was lesser than my usual periods. I had light pains in my abdominal area after periods so I went for ultrasound transabdominal on 21st nov which was 6 weeks after sex but there was no such description of pregnancy. Uterus was empty with normal size but I found that I was having pcod. This month my due date was 8th but have not got periods yet. My usual cycle is of 35-40 days am getting slight cramps right now which usually occurs in my normal cycle days. Can I be pregnant please suggest. I am really scared, no int post 8th oct neither before nor after the particular date. I don't want it at any case. Which tests to be performed to get confirmed of pregnancy or what should I do. No int after the date mentioned. I want to be 100 per confirm that i'm pregnant or not. please help. I don't even have a single symptom of pregnancy.

No pregnancy because of intercourse of 8/10 has been confirmed 100 % in information written by you. Pcos is a disease where there is a hormonal imbalance. Depending on your complaints, examination, reports, and stage of life treatment differs, and it also needs more time to get yourself treated with patience. Meet gynecologist in whom you have trust as you will need to go for a long time to him/her. Overweight is very common so in case you have that reduction of weight helps tremendously.
