I had unprotected sex on 5th day of my period on 31st oct .and within an hour I took unwanted 72 ipill. I got light bleeding after sex. And I got brown discharge for few days and it stopped. My due date is 23rd nov I haven't got my periods. I did home pregnancy test on 30th nov it is negative. And again I did home pregnancy test on 6th dec it is negative. I haven't got my periods. I had taken meprate tab for 5 days from 1st dec to 5th dec. And on 13th dec and 14th dec I am experiencing spotting. For regular flow do I need to take medicine.?

There is no fixed time in which one bleeds after taking emergency contraceptive pill. Sometimes unexpected bleeding occurs more over it is not necessary. Next menstrual cycle can be early or delayed as side effects of the pill.

Wait for 2-3 days, you will probably get your periods with normal flow as you have started to have spotting ipill sometimes causes this type of abnormal periods

Emergency pills are also progesterones. Taking so many doses of progesterones has altered your periods. Better take a course of novelon to rectify the problem.
