Doctor I am suffering from pulmonary hypertension by birth now fom last 4 or 5 years it becomes more serious. Feeling breathlessness while walking, clbing stairs. Taking opsutan and tadalafil 5 mg tablet once a day and I am also on oxygen prescribed by doctor which I take regularly at night. Doctor has also given some diuretics pills for urine but I stopped after 2 or 3 months (usse peshab baar bar ho rha tha). Please suggest is it right for taking diuretics .n also suggest some good medicine in place of opsutsn and tadalafil.
