As prescribed I was supposed to take acutret 5 mg at night after dinner and cnn 50 mg in morning after meal, but by mistake I took both of them after my dinner in night. What should I do now? Thank you.

I'm assuming that you are taking these for treatment of active acne and they are prescribed by a dermatologist. Acutret here is a vitamin a analogue and cnn here is minocycline, an antibiotic. Luckily, the two do not have any major interactions so you do not need to worry about that. Since your doctor must have prescribed them for atleast a month, do not skip the dose. Antibiotic resistance is a serious problem and can result from minor mishandling of antibiotics. My advise is to take cnn around 16 hours after your current intake tomorrow, that is, somewhere in the afternoon tomorrow. And then continue taking it every morning as earlier after meal. Take plenty of water before you sleep today. Cnn can cause severe acidity sometimes. Also, always take advise from your primary doctor in such conditions if possible.
