Hi, Lybrate user, you need to find out the cause of spinning head to reach a permanent solution, underlying factores are responsible for vertigo: gastric disorder, hypoglycemia, stress, low or high bp and anaemia ,require interrogation, locally to determine a suitable medication. Tk, care.
