Good evening mam. I am 27 year old unmarried. I have pcos and the volume of my left ovary is 11. 9 cc and the right ovary is 15. 2 cc and the endometrium thickness is 4.9 mm. I am so worried about my health mam. So please tell me mam that the volume of ovaries is normal or should I cure it properly. Both ovaries bulky shows multiple small follicles with central echogenic stroma. Minimal free fluid in pouch of douglas. I completed 3 month cycle of medicine. Medicine name loette. After 3 cycle. Within 40 days I got my periods but it was light period. But now again I am not getting my periods and lower back pain also. Doctor told me to take primolut n tablet so should I worry now. Is lower back pain common. Give me some nutritional tips and some exercise or yoga what should I do to cure it properly there are lots of symptom shown mam facial hair growth, acne, darken of neck area, and many more mam .tell me mam how can I cure it it really affects me emotionally or physically.
