Hi my baby is 4 month old I am taking daily diet and doctor recommended galact granules for milk production, I am breastfeeding but milk is not suufient for him. Try to advice how can I increase milk, and I heard lactare capsule to increase milk, can I take this medicine and for how many days as need fo take and can we continue take this medicine when to stop. Any side effect for longer use or any problem arise to body and can we take this medicine daily till breastfeeding or else we need to stop any issue if we use till breastfeeding. Confusion there pls kindly solve the problem. As I want to breastfeed to my baby.
