I have dengue since 4 days and I am having abdominal pain since two days. I started having black stools since yesterday. Is it because of my medications (doxycycline paracetamol ondansetron and papaya leaf extract) or is it a warning sign?

It have to be taken as a warning signal of internal bleeding at upper areas of git--especially in a patient with dengue fever for 4 days. ------kindly have check-up with your doctor to confirm the cause of black stools etc and do needful.

Black stool is not a good sign for you .as you are suffering from dengue there could be chances of internal bleeding and may be thats why you are facing this. So for precise diagnosis we should know your platelet count or are there any red colour eruption or patches on your body? It can be medicinal effect also .i will advise to consult your nearby general physician.
