Hi doc, I am 27 years female. I am using anorelief and duphalac syrup for anal fissure from past 1 week. Now I have mild pain during excretion and I am experiencing severe constipation and I am worried again due to constipation fissure may increase. I don't know what the problem is. I am taking chia seeds and lot of water and on vegetarian diet. And I am getting more pee. And I feel like dehydrated. Please help me with constipation thank you.
