HI, I just wanted to ask if you are having a menstruation would it be safe to still take progesterone if the flow is not that heavy?

Once the menses starts and then if you take progesterone, there is no use. Flow will not it be increased, in fact flow will be rerduced and next whole month cycle will be irregular. By no means you can make flow heavy.
