While I was sparking a lighter, I burned some of my eyebrows. My skin did not get burned and I can see small hairs. Will it grow back? I am worried.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. If burned, then it depends on the severity of the burn whether the hair will grow back or not because if the burn causes damage to the root of the hair follicle then it will stop growing anymore. And if the eyebrow hair is waxed or plucked then it may grow back or may not and it varies from person to person. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
