Is it serious problem to feel dizziness after taking omee d capsules for gas pain in stomach. Right now gas problem is gone but facing fever with some dizziness so it is need to take urgent medication? Or I need to worry about this? Is it side effects of omee d capsule.

You need not worry. Just take a paracetamol tablet (3 tab per day) if fever doesn't goes off in a day.

Its due to gas itself do not worry it will be fine yet keep a check on other issues if any arise in between and revert back with complete medical records for best treatment insted of self medication.
